“I rented my two bedroom apartment
from Hyde Park Apartments over three years ago, and have never regretted
it. I knew when I walked into my apartment that is was right for
me. Clean, airy, roomy, with real wood floors, high ceilings, and
a great location for evening walks to the water. Many nice touches,
including secure outer entrances, security lighting in the front
and back, gas stove and water heater, and even well equipped and
modern kitchen. Apartment management and repair services have been
professional and responsive to any requests I have made. In particular,
service I can count on during those rare occasions when the A/C
malfunctioned, shower leaked, or when I broke my key in the lock
on a Sunday. I have received many compliments from visiting friends
and business associates on the well-maintained appearance of the
building and lawn. I always feel like my apartment is a cut about
the rest in the area. All in all, a minute from downtown, moments
from the Bayshore, living here has been and continues to be an excellent
